Work Execution Policy

Lobinlum is a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers (“Skillons”). A provider is not an employee, agent or representative of Lobinlum merely because they use the platform.

Before sharing the Job Start Code, the customer must personally satisfy themselves about the provider’s identity, age, documents, skill, safety practices and suitability for the work. When the Start Code is verified, the job is deemed Started and the customer confirms that they had the opportunity to inspect the person and credentials presented. If in doubt, do not share the Start Code; cancel the booking where available and seek appropriate help.

Providers must provide accurate profile/pricing information and perform only lawful work. Customers must provide accurate job details and a reasonably safe, lawful environment. All work remains subject to applicable Indian labour, safety, consumer, tax, licensing, constitutional and local-law provisions, which prevail over these platform policies.

For normal closure, the customer generates a separate Completion Code and the provider enters it. A provider may close without that code only by providing a reason; the no-code closure and its 15% commission are recorded.
