For account, booking, payment, start-code, completion-code or payout help, use the Support option in the appropriate dashboard. Include the booking number and relevant screenshots or records.

Urgent safety issues

For an accident, theft, injury, threat or suspected illegal activity, contact local police or emergency services first. Platform support is not an emergency service.

Quick booking help

• A customer shares the Job Start Code only after checking the person, documents and suitability.
• A provider enters that code to mark the job Started.
• In-app payment is available only after the job is Started.
• Normal closure uses the customer’s separate Completion Code.
