Lobinlum collects account, contact, service-profile, booking, payment-reference, support, device and session information required to operate the platform. We use it for authentication, matching, booking records, payment records, safety, fraud prevention, support and compliance with lawful requests.

Provider identity or document information is not public unless the provider chooses to display it. Lobinlum may store submitted details but does not represent that it independently verifies, authenticates or guarantees a provider’s identity, documents, qualifications, licences, skill claims or service quality unless we expressly state otherwise.

We may share necessary information with the other party to a booking, payment providers, hosting/authentication vendors, professional advisers and authorities where lawfully required. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable; security, accounting and legal records may need to be retained.

Do not upload another person’s PAN, identity document, address or contact information without authority. This policy operates subject to applicable Indian data-protection law.
