Does Lobinlum verify every provider?

No. Providers submit their own information. Customers must check the person, identity documents and suitability before sharing the Job Start Code.

When can I pay through Lobinlum?

Only after the Job Start Code has been verified and the booking is marked Started.

Can I pay the provider directly?

Yes, at your own responsibility. Mark the booking as externally paid and settle any displayed applicable platform/service charges for the Lobinlum booking.

How is a job closed?

Normally with the customer’s Completion Code. A provider can close without it only with a recorded reason; this carries a 15% platform commission.

Can a minor offer services?

Only where lawful. The account must be opened and managed by a parent, guardian or other legally competent adult. The adult PAN holder is required where Lobinlum requests it and is responsible for the account and consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.
